Cancellation Instructions:
Go to your reservation page and locate the booking you need to adjust. Click the Cancel Reservation link.
Before finalizing the cancellation, you will see the paid amount and the refund amount (if applicable).
When ready to cancel, click Cancel Reservation.
You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation request is completed.
Note: If your trip/activity is marked as Non-Refundable, the “Cancel Reservation” option will not be available,
as these bookings cannot be canceled or modified.
To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the trip/activity.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the experience start time are non-refundable.
Modifications requested within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted.
All timelines are subject to the local time of the experience.
