We will contact you within 2 hours after you make the booking. For orders placed after 18:00, we will contact you as soon as possible the next morning.
After the payment is completed, the merchant will confirm whether the reservation is successful within 9 working hours (from 9:00 to 18:00) at the latest. If the confirmation is not received beyond the time limit, the system will automatically refund the payment, and it is expected to be returned to the payment account within 1-7 working days.
The system will send a bilingual confirmation letter (including emergency contact information) 24 hours before the departure.
The platform will try its best to help customers negotiate the cancellation of the itinerary. If the customer is unable to travel due to unforeseen medical conditions (such as death, pregnancy, fracture or hospitalization), all supporting documents should be provided within one week after submitting the cancellation application.
The service staff will confirm the meeting time and place with you in the form of a call, text message or WeChat at the latest by 23:00 (local time) on the day before the trip. Please make sure that the reserved mobile phone number is unobstructed. If you haven't been contacted beyond the time limit, please contact the customer service.
Age limit: This route requires a relatively high physical strength. Please ensure that you are in good health and suitable for traveling. For safety reasons, if there are passengers aged 70 or above (including) or under 18 years old in the travel group, they must be accompanied by at least one adult when making the reservation.
