After successfully registering according to the prompts on the page, you will obtain a Dumei platform account and can set your account password by yourself according to the password rules. In view of the particularity of the online service, Dumei has no obligation to verify whether you are the one using the username and password of the account. As long as anyone enters a username and password that match those saved in the database, they can log in to the Dumei platform account with that set of username and password and use the Dumei products/services. Therefore, if you use the Dumei platform service, you should understand that the Dumei platform service has a platform nature, and understand that there will be or may be changes in funds under this platform service. You understand and agree to maintain and manage the confidentiality of your account and password with a stricter attitude than ordinary services and restrict third parties from using/accessing your computer or mobile device. Moreover, you expressly agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. Please keep your password properly and do not disclose the password to others. If you fail to keep your password properly, you will bear all the responsibilities that result from it or may result from it. Except when Dumei is at fault, you shall be responsible for all the consequences of the actions under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, releasing information, purchasing goods and services, etc.).
You understand and agree that, in order for you to use various services of the Dumei platform better and to ensure the security of your account, Dumei may require you to complete the real-name authentication in accordance with the rules of the Dumei platform and relevant laws and regulations.
In addition, to improve the convenience of customer service, when the number bound to the user account calls the customer service hotline, or other numbers such as the order contact number call the customer service hotline and pass the relevant identity verification of Dumei, Dumei will assist in performing relevant operations on the relevant order. Therefore, please keep your mobile phone properly and set necessary security measures to prevent the leakage of order information. If the order information is leaked and other consequences occur not due to the fault of Dumei (for example, your mobile phone is stolen or you do not set necessary encryption measures for your mobile phone, resulting in the order information on the Dumei platform being spied on by lawbreakers and others using the relevant information to pretend to be you to use the Dumei platform and customer service, etc.), even if you think that the relevant behavior is not done by yourself, Dumei will not bear any responsibilities arising therefrom. You confirm and agree that if Dumei reasonably believes that your account has security risks, including but not limited to:
(1) The above-mentioned situations exist;
(2) The account or bank card number is stolen;
(3) The bank card or other payment channels used for payment are in any abnormal state (not limited to the following scope: risk control, fraud
payment suspension, card restriction or termination of card use, etc.);
(4) A third party claims that you have infringed its legitimate rights and interests and provides valid supporting materials;
(5) Other situations where the platform determines that there are transaction risks, Dumei has the right to immediately suspend or
cancel the risky transactions (including but not limited to the completed transactions), restrict the account functions, and suspend
or terminate the provision of Dumei platform products/services to you.
If you have any objections to the above operations, you can contact Dumei through the contact information announced in this agreement. You confirm and agree that you shall enjoy rights and bear responsibilities according to law for the activities, behaviors and events carried out through your account. You shall not transfer the account in any form, authorize others to use your account, or trade the account with others. If you find that someone uses your Dumei platform account without your authorization, or if your account has other abnormal situations that prevent you from logging in and using it normally, you need to reset the password according to the password modification process provided by the Dumei platform. During this process, Dumei may require you to provide corresponding information and/or supporting materials. Please ensure that the content you provide is true and valid, otherwise you may not pass our verification and the retrieval may fail. If you find any illegal use of the user account or security vulnerabilities, please immediately notify Dumei according to the contact information provided in this agreement.
You should ensure that the physical condition of the traveler is suitable for the tourism and vacation products you have booked. If the traveler is an elderly person over 60 years old, a pregnant woman, or has a medical history of heart disease, hypertension, respiratory diseases, etc., please travel only after obtaining the consent of professional doctors in the hospital and your family members. You should choose the tourism activities according to your physical condition after fully understanding the content of the tourism activities and strictly abide by the safety regulations of the tourism activities.
You should ensure that the certificates, communication methods, delivery addresses and other relevant materials you provide are true and valid.
During the trip, you should respect the local religious beliefs, ethnic customs and local conditions, and consciously protect the local natural environment.
You have the right to voluntarily choose and purchase personal accident insurance for tourism and other insurance. During the trip, in order to obtain more comprehensive protection, the Dumei platform recommends that you purchase relevant insurance according to your personal wishes and needs when you travel.
The Dumei platform has the right to collect the fees that you should pay for booking and purchasing tourism products.
In order to ensure the smooth confirmation of the products you have booked and purchased, the Dumei platform has the right to obtain your necessary personal information and will only use the necessary personal information you provide for the product booking and purchasing services. The Dumei platform will keep your personal data and information confidential and properly keep all kinds of certificates you submit.
If you are a tourist holding a passport other than a Mainland China passport or a tourist with a self-provided visa, you should handle the visa for this trip and the visa for returning to Mainland China by yourself.
