• For stopover tours, if you are unable to clear customs for any reason, you will assume full responsibility. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
• Please note: For pick-up and drop-off at Beijing Daxing Airport, please book the tour starting from Daxing Airport.
• Please note: The driver is not a tour guide. He/she can speak basic English.
• Infants can join for free but will not be provided with a separate seat.

Special Notice

The operator cannot guarantee an English-speaking driver. A Chinese-speaking driver may be arranged, but they will know exactly the pickup and drop-off locations. If communication is needed during the trip, guests can call the translator for assistance.

• You will receive a confirmation upon booking.
• Travelers with back discomfort are not recommended to participate.
• Travelers should have a normal physical condition.
• Children must be accompanied by adults.
• Baby meals are not included.
• All participants are required to provide the passport name, number, expiration date and country/region at the time of booking.
• A valid passport must be presented on the day of the tour.
• Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
• This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will be able to participate.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Special Circumstances Cancellation Guarantee

If guests are unable to travel due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable special physical reasons (such as death, pregnancy, fracture, hospitalization, etc.), they can submit a cancellation application and provide complete supporting documents within one week. We will make every effort to assist guests in coordinating the itinerary cancellation. In case of cancellation losses, compensation will be provided to guests after verifying the original copies of relevant certification documents.
